  • Performance

    Performance management is the cornerstone to effectively managing your people. HrAchieve consultants can assist you to establish SMART goals on an individual, team and/or corporate basis, as well as monitor organization metrics to monitor the effectiveness of human resources investments.

    Once good performance parameters are established, we will help you to design reward systems that will be effective and support achieving your organization goals. These reward systems may entail reviewing base pay practices, implementing short-, mid- or long-term incentive plans or may involve non-monetary rewards such as benefits. Over all, we will ensure you have a recognition plan that ensures that communications are open and supportive of your desired culture.


  • Process

    hrAchieve consultants will work with staff to examine existing processes and facilitate re-engineering those processes, using a combination of class-room facilitation, kaizen methodology and mind maps. There will also be an ongoing change management process to ensure that the organization is prepared to accept the desired changes and will support the new direction.


  • Systems

    In many organizations, Human Resources do not take full advantage of the human resources information they routinely collect. We will work with your HRIS group to establish ongoing reports and metrics to maximize business effectiveness and monitor the human resources utilization.
